For Jordan Klepper’s followup series, we created an integrated graphics package that was inspired by Americana, vintage record labels, letterpress typography and rock ‘n’ roll.

Fully integrating the graphics into the roadtrip style documentary footage was a challenge, but payoff was worth it. Requiring us to “roundtrip” the footage and graphics multiple times between the editors and the color house, we were able to make the entire program feel like a seemless journey across the American landscape.
